Full-Arch Implant Lab Submission Checklist for Dentists
What to send your Full-Arch dental lab: scans, implant system, MUA details, records, approvals and delivery requirements.
Clinical and restorative records
Provide a clear prescription, accurate intraoral or model scans, bite registration, photos, shade, midline and relevant clinical records. Confirm that the treating clinician has reviewed the records.
Implant components and MUA information
Identify implant manufacturer, platform, positions, multi-unit abutments and their angulations when applicable. Confirm screw and cylinder specifications rather than relying on assumptions.
Approvals and deadlines
Name the clinical approver, identify whether the case is provisional or definitive, and establish design approval and expected delivery milestones.
Avoiding remakes
Document material choice, occlusion, fit verification and any changes from the approved design. Ask the lab to flag missing records before manufacturing.
