Parallax is a DBA of The Eggstramile. This notice describes the Parallax case intake workflow.

Doctor accounts and case information

Doctors sign in using email and password. Practice and contact information, case metadata, instructions, and workflow status are recorded in Supabase. Case files are stored in Google Drive.

Google Drive connection

Google OAuth is used by the owner to connect the Google Drive account used for case files. Doctors do not use Google OAuth to sign in. The Google OAuth token is kept on the server. The connection requests permission to view, edit, and delete Drive files; Parallax uses its configured folders to receive, verify, and organize case files. Google file identifiers, names, sizes, and folder locations are used to track each submission. You can revoke the connection through your Google Account permissions.

Case workflow

New case files enter the NEW CASES folder. After the owner approves a case in the internal system, the case folder moves to the corresponding client folder.

Information to submit

Use an internal case or patient code. Do not enter a patient's full name in the case code field.
